Take5 Primary Sessions
A weekly youth club, held every Thursday, for young carers of primary school age. Activities include arts & craft, sports, pool, gaming, table football and outdoor activities. The sessions are split into 2 groups, Blue and Red. Each group will attend on alternate weeks.
