If you request services from us, make a donation, receive our magazine, or are involved in any of our fundraising then we may process the personal information that you have provided in order to keep records or to continue providing our service to you.
Examples of Personal information are: your name, email address, postal address, telephone or mobile number and date of birth, financial details, UK Tax payer information (for Gift Aid) and records of responses to campaigns, as well as how you came to find us or about our services or events.

- To process personal information which is necessary in supporting our Carers, this includes medical information such as disabilities or allergies. This information will be used to structure service provision and to ensure that the support that we provide as well as the safety of our Carers is always our priority.
- To provide you with information (such as fundraising or campaigning activities), services or products you’ve requested or which we feel may interest you.
- For the purposes of customer analysis and, where you have consented to us doing so, direct marketing. We may process your information to help us with our activities and to provide you with the most relevant information.
At Blackpool Carers Centre we have various legal retention periods that we must follow. If you wish to know the retention period for any information we hold on you please email us at email@example.com or call the Centre on 01253 393748 and ask for Matthew McMurdo.
