Partnership and Research Officer
£18,525 pa | 37.5 hours/week
We are seeking someone with real drive to join our carers’ service.
You will be instrumental in ensuring that carers and their families have access to the very best support through developing consultations with carers and partnerships with other local and national services.
Research will also form the foundation of the role, undertaking analysis of local needs, the social sector and a current view of the Blackpool community following the challenges of 2020. This research will form the basis for future funding applications to secure stability of provision for carers from the age of 5.
This role is funded by The Rank Foundation Time to Shine leadership programme which enables individuals with the right skills mix, talent and work ethic, the opportunity to experience a 12 month paid leadership and development placement in a charity. The programme aims to fill organisational, developmental and skills gaps in smaller charities by identifying a specific piece of work that can be completed within a year.
Our talented and dedicated staff come to work to make a difference. They are driven by wanting the best for carers and families, delivering a quality service and they are passionate about the work that they do.
Joining the team is about more than ‘just a job’.
