Healthwatch Together (covering Lancashire, Cumbria, Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen) is working with Innovation Agency to gather information about the experiences of using remote consultations as a hospital outpatient.
Remote consultations refer to any consultations or appointments done virtually/online, for example, using your mobile phone, tablet or laptop.
They want to know the successes of virtual consultations but also areas of improvement, so that residents can be provided with a high quality service.
