DIY SOS BBC Children in Need Big Build 2016

DIY SOS

In 2016, Blackpool Carers was thrilled to be chosen as the DIY SOS Big Build for BBC Children in Need project.

In July 2016, Nick Knowles and the DIY SOS team, together with hundreds of supporters, tradespeople and volunteers gave their time, services and materials to transform the building, donated by The Beaverbrooks Charitable Trust, into our spectacular new Carers Centre.

Below are the names of this amazing group of people who gave so much to help our carers and also those who have offered continuing support to become part of our Carers Centre ‘family’.

Apologies if your name isn’t on the list, but the project was kept under wraps until Reveal Day so it is only now that names of volunteers and organisations who supported the build are becoming known to us.

If you supported this project and your name isn’t on the list, please email terry.hodkinson@blackpoolcarers.org with your name, link to your website, Facebook or Twitter and how you helped.

A HUGE thank you to you all 🙂

If you would like to continue to support us in any way, please email terry.hodkinson@blackpoolcarers.org
